Assembler

Pay: $18.00-19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are looking for an Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler will put parts and components together, follow work instructions, test completed assemblies, and make sure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wiring, PCB boards, and other components.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and process sheets.
• Measure and position parts correctly.
• Print and apply labels.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and damage.
• Perform basic testing of completed products.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Use computers and basic software as needed.
• Assist in other areas of manufacturing when needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electronic components is a plus.
• Basic soldering experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.
