Electronics Assembler
Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM | $19-$20/hr

Responsibilities
+ Assemble electronic components and instruments using hand and power tools
+ Perform hand soldering and rework on assemblies
+ Work under microscopes on detailed assembly tasks
+ Inspect products using measuring tools and test equipment
+ Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting
+ Read blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
+ Enter production and quality data into SAP and other systems
+ Follow detailed quality and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications
+ 6 months to 1+ years of assembly and soldering experience
+ Experience with hand tools and electric tools
+ Any soldering preferred, not required
+ Ability to work with small parts and detailed assemblies
+ Experience reading work instructions, schematics, or blueprints
+ Basic computer skills and data entry experience
+ Microscope experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and quality
Work Environment
+ Clean and organized manufacturing facility
+ Cleanroom and non-cleanroom work areas
+ Smock required throughout the facility
+ Bench and workstation assembly environment
+ Work with microscopes, measuring devices, and testing equipment
+ Collaborative team culture focused on quality and safety

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoreview, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
