    About Us:

    At CARR Machine and Tool, Inc., we specialize in delivering precision-engineered components for the aerospace and defense industries. We operate a paperless environment using Proshop ERP and have incorporated various automation technologies to enhance our manufacturing processes.

    Carr Machine & Tool is seeking a reliable and motivated **Shop Support Technician **for a **full-time **position. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment — with the added stability offull-time benefits.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Perform light mechanical assembly and assist with part finishing

    • Support shipping & receiving: packaging, labeling, and handling deliveries

    • Fill machine fluids (coolant, way oil) and assist with routine shop upkeep

    • Assist with general labor tasks across the shop as needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • U.S. citizen or green card holder

    • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

    • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment

    Position Details:

    • Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Hourly pay, based on experience
