Job Description:
Assemble, repair, and test medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components.
Follow written procedures, verbal instructions, safety guidelines, and standardized manufacturing processes.
Perform routine production tasks while maintaining accurate quality and production records.
Inspect and handle small components while ensuring all parts are properly identified and traceable.
Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and production goals.
Use electronic data collection systems and computer software to document production activities.
Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions clearly with supervisors and management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment while following required gowning and dress-code standards.
