    Job Title: Assembler / Production Operator

    Job Description:
    • Perform routine and repetitive assembly work under direct supervision.
    • Handle and assemble small components and parts carefully.
    • Follow written procedures, verbal instructions, and safety guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability records.
    • Use basic computer systems and electronic data collection tools.
    • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Support quality, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
    • Previous medical device, manufacturing, assembly, or regulated production experience is preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
