Job Description
This position is responsible for producing high-quality medical device components in a manufacturing environment. The Operator will work under close supervision and may perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical device assemblies used in implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs).
Prior manufacturing experience is not required. Candidates must be able to follow detailed instructions, work safely, maintain quality standards, and demonstrate reliable attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, testing, and production tasks according to standardized procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines and use required PPE and safety equipment.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Ensure products and inventory are properly documented and traceable.
- Communicate issues, concerns, and improvement ideas to leadership.
- Support team goals and daily production targets.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Comply with QMS, EMS, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications
