FieldBridge is looking for an Assembler in Odessa, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
$21-$23/hour | 7AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, occasional weekends as required | Weekly pay every Friday | Great opportunity for OT pay | At $23/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,265 gross.

- Contract position, 100% onsite at a shop facility
- No education requirement; 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required

Position Overview:
Join one of the world’s largest oilfield service companies at its chemical injection pump facility in Odessa. You will support daily shop operations, including assembling pump products, managing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. This is an individual contributor role with on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily workflow of shop operations
- Assemble and prepare chemical injection pump products
- Maintain custody controls over inventory received, stored, and shipped
- Fulfill customer orders, walk-ins, and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures and keep the facility clean and organized
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of production, inventory, and customer support experience in oil and gas
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Current valid driver’s license; must meet DOT and company driver policy (up to 25% driving)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
- Preferred: Oracle experience and chemical injection pump assembly experience
