Description
Location: Durham, NC
Pay: $22.00–$25.50 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | $22.00–$24.00/hr
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | $23.50–$25.50/hr (includes $1.50/hr shift differential)

ResourceMFG is hiring experienced Mechanical Assembly Technicians in Durham, NC. If you have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, OR construction, we want to hear from you.
You do not need experience in all three areas. We're looking for dependable, mechanically inclined professionals who know how to work with tools, follow technical instructions, and deliver quality results.
What You'll Do
Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
Inspect assembled components for accuracy and quality.
Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to identify assembly issues.
Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work with team members to meet production goals.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience in ONE or more of the following:
Mechanical assembly
Electrical assembly
Construction
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform precise hands-on work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work the assigned shift consistently.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
Previous manufacturing or industrial assembly experience.
Experience inspecting, testing, or troubleshooting assembled equipment.
