Description: The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Assembler (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM). In this role, you’ll help
produce the high-quality products Hayes is known for, working with a variety of tools and
processes. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what they build and supports each
other to get the job done.
What You’ll Do:
• Assemble products using drawings and written instructions
• Operate hand and power tools such as riveters, presses, testers, and air ratchets
• Set up jobs and adjust equipment for production
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Document production details and report issues as needed
• Assist teammates with training and support
• Prepare completed products for shipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
