    Production Associate

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This position will involve assembling, processing, packaging, picking, and preparing materials and finished products according to work orders, drawings, and customer specifications.

    The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or production experience, is comfortable working with their hands, and can follow written instructions and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Read and follow work orders, packing lists, assembly drawings, and production instructions.
    • Assemble, process, package, and prepare products according to customer specifications.
    • Operate production and material-handling equipment as trained.
    • Load, unload, cut, spool, and package materials as required.
    • Inspect products and materials throughout the production process.
    • Pick and prepare materials and orders for shipment.
    • Report quality, material, equipment, or process issues to the appropriate supervisor.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
    • Assist with training coworkers on job functions as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager.

    Requirements

    • 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
    • Experience with hands-on assembly or production work.
    • Ability to read and follow basic prints, work orders, drawings, or written instructions.
    • Ability to perform basic math, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Must pass required assessment testing.
    • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
    • Previous 3rd shift experience required for applicable positions.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
    • Strong hand dexterity for assembly and production work.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
    • Good eyesight and manual dexterity required.

    What We're Looking For

    Someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who can follow instructions, work safely, and perform physical production work consistently in a fast-paced environment.
