Assembler / Machine Tool Builder - Rochester Hills, MI
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assembler / Machine Tool Builder
Venteon is currently seeking an Assembler / Machine Tool Builder to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Rochester Hills, MI
Requirements of the Assembler / Machine Tool Builder
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands on assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and BOMs
Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with hand tools and simple measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges)
Good attention to detail and quality awareness
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Driver s License and Real ID to support business travel and job-related responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities of the Assembler / Machine Tool Builder
Assemble parts, components, or products according to work instructions, drawings, blueprints and schematics
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement devices
Inspect parts for defects and verify quality throughout the assembly process
Perform basic mechanical assembly tasks depending on the product
Maintain accurate production records and follow company procedures
Prepare machines for shipment, including crating and documentation
Support field installation and commissioning when required.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors or team leads
