Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers/Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble small components, operate light machinery, inspect finished products, and help ensure quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electro-mechanical components according to work instructions.
• Operate light machinery and use hand and power tools.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Report any defects or production issues to a supervisor.
• Complete required production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work with small parts and pay close attention to detail.
• Comfortable using hand tools and light power tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Soldering experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
• Frequently handle and assemble small parts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Perform repetitive hand movements and visual inspections.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following all required procedures.
