About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role focuses on assembling, packaging, and preparing medical procedure trays in a cleanroom environment. The position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and strict adherence to quality and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, wrap, and package medical procedure trays following quality and production procedures
• Operate packaging equipment and prepare materials and workstations
• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
• Follow cleanroom gowning, hygiene, and cleaning protocols
• Perform inventory counts and manage material transactions
• Box, label, and prepare medical trays for shipment
• Stage, label, and transfer materials into the cleanroom for processing
• Prepare pallets for shipment and ensure proper labeling
• Assist with staging and transfer of materials for cleanroom operations
• Perform additional duties within assembly and packaging functions as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for repetitive motions
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, and pull as needed
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Experience operating packaging equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an FDA-regulated environment
