Assembly Worker II – Houston, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Duration: 3-month assignment with potential for extension
Overtime: Available as needed, including occasional weekends

We are seeking experienced Assembly Workers to join a manufacturing team in Houston. This role involves assembling, testing, and handling heavy industrial components in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assemble and test mechanical components using hand and air tools
  
• 
  Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings
  
• 
  Operate hydraulic testing and assembly equipment
  
• 
  Use overhead cranes to move large components
  
• 
  Maintain accurate material and production records
  
• 
  Follow all safety policies and procedures
  
• 
  Assist with production and assembly processes as needed
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or energy industry experience
  
• 
  Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  
• 
  Experience working with industrial equipment and tools
  
• 
  Forklift experience preferred (certification provided)
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
  
• 
  High School Diploma or GED required
  

Requirements:

• 
  Steel-toe or composite-toe safety footwear required
  
• 
  Safety glasses required
  
• 
  Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  
• 
  Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
