Assembler

Summary:

• Location: Houston, TX
• Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform visual inspections of Aero Equipment.
• Assist in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment.
• Provide technical support across the business while complying with HS&E policies.
• Demonstrate familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tooling.
• Accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID/OD/depth micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Work as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment under time constraints.
• Provide on-site support as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and visually inspecting aero equipment.
• Experience in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment.
• Capability to perform testing with minimal supervision/instruction.
• Familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings.
• Attention to detail in inspections, measurements, and repairs.
• Consistently follows HS&E procedures and safety standards.
