Description

The Assembler performs repetitive and precision assembly operations on components, parts, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and production plans. This role requires hands-on experience with assembly processes, hand tools, and basic production equipment to ensure products are built accurately and efficiently. The position performs routine quality checks, verifies functionality, and follows established procedures to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts, semi-finished products, and components using assembly instructions, work procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, specialized tools, and basic production equipment required for assembly tasks.
  • Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure proper assembly, fit, and functionality.
  • Follow standardized manufacturing processes, safety guidelines, and workplace procedures.
  • Identify assembly issues, defects, or deviations and report findings to supervisors or quality teams.
  • Maintain accurate workflow, organization, and cleanliness within the production area.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow established operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a vocational training program or equivalent technical education.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related technical environment.
  • Basic understanding of assembly techniques, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic technical documentation.
  • Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and repetitive production processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to workplace safety.
