Assembler

Job Description: As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of components into drug delivery devices. This role requires adherence to detailed assembly instructions and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly diagrams to understand the assembly process.
• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to meet production targets.
• Identify any product defects and handle reworks or product adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pound
