Position: Assembly Technician (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Assembly Technician to build and assemble concrete mixer trucks and related components. This role requires hands-on work using tools, interpreting technical drawings, and performing basic shop math.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products for concrete mixer trucks using hand and power tools
- Install factory and vendor-supplied parts to complete machinery
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specifications
- Perform basic shop math to ensure accurate measurements and assembly
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the assembly process
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Steel-toed boots/shoes required
- High school diploma or GED
