Assembler

About the Position

As an Assembler, you’ll support the assembly of electrical equipment while learning LFG Manufacturing’s safety, quality, and workmanship standards. This role is ideal for someone building their career in manufacturing or electrical assembly and looking to grow technical skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Position Responsibilities

• Assemble basic electrical components following drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Safely use hand and power tools
• Follow all safety, quality, and workmanship standards
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications
• Support senior assemblers and production team members as assigned
• Accurately document work by completing production and quality forms
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
• Demonstrate manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination when working with small components
• Identify color-coded wiring where required

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in electrical assembly
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• 1–4 years of manufacturing, assembly, or trade-related experience
