Adecco Staffing is working with a leading medical device manufacturing company in Mansfield, MA to bring on experienced Cleanroom Assemblers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has strong attention to detail. The company offers a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment where employees play an important role in producing high-quality medical devices.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Mansfield, MA

Job Duties:

· Assemble small and delicate medical device components in a cleanroom environment

· Follow detailed work instructions, visual aids, and assembly procedures

· Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete assembly operations

· Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

· Perform in-process quality checks and report any defects or issues

· Maintain accurate production records and documentation

· Follow cleanroom procedures, including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following company safety and quality standards

· Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure production schedules are met

Requirements:

· Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

· Previous cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience is a plus

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components

· Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

· Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE

· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

· Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift

· Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
