Assembler

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our Assembly team. This role is responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently while following work instructions, blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to inspect their own work using precision measuring tools. Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or a quality-driven production environment is a plus.

• Assemble products according to work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Inspect completed and in-process parts for dimensional, visual, and surface defects.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify parts meet required specifications.
• Identify and report nonconforming parts or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow established quality procedures and support compliance with AS9100D requirements.
• Maintain accurate, efficient, and timely production while meeting established productivity and delivery goals.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Complete required daily safety and production checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
