What You'll Do as a Assembler:- Assemble simple electrical, mechanical, and wiring components and subassemblies
- Follow written work instructions, quality plans, and production procedures
- Review bills of materials to determine required assemblies and components
- Use hand tools, assembly jigs, fixtures, and basic production equipment
- Complete accurate production records, check sheets, and process documentation
- Report material discrepancies, quality concerns, and production issues to leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while wearing required PPE
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and decimals
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, use manual dexterity, and lift as required by the workstation
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow all workplace safety procedures
