Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday)

Job Duties

• Follow written Work Instructions.
• Follow the Quality Plan and support the Quality Policy.
• Check Bill of Materials to determine required assembly.
• Check for adequate supplies and order any floor stock needed.
• Check that tools are available and in good condition.
• Accurate charting/record keeping.
• Charting of processes using check sheets, checklists, process control sheets, production run sheets, etc.
• Turn in any scrap to the lead or fill out a discrepant material report

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As an Assembler you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.
