[Responsibilities]

- Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, to support production needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by shoveling and sweeping as required
- Assist in the production of wiring assemblies, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Follow work assignments and established procedures to meet production targets
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-5 years experience in assembly or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, and quality control
