Assembler

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Job description:

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector, Assemblers & Machine Operators to inspect electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components, and parts to ensure they conform to specifications. This role focuses on reliability and workmanship standards through visual and measured inspection methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, systems, and units to verify workmanship and reliability standards.
• Use inspection tools and manufacturing aids such as gages, templates, microscopes, and other devices to confirm product conformance.
• Verify that all required process operations have been completed prior to acceptance.
• Accurately enter quality results into electronic and/or manual tracking systems.
• Identify and report unusual product defects and escalate when process yields fall below acceptable levels.
• Provide timely feedback to manufacturing when non-conforming product is found.
• Complete required inspection documentation and other administrative activities accurately and on time.
• Perform process audits and assist manufacturing with interpretation of quality/workmanship standards.
• Assist with disposition of non-conforming materials/product (hold, rework, scrap, etc.) following established procedures.
