Job Title: Assembler Associate
Location: Client Park, IL
Time : 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM A successful Service Center Technician demonstrates strong GMP compliance, attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and commitment to safety and quality. The individual effectively supports manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment, glassware, tanks, filters, and sterilized materials are prepared accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented problem solver who can adapt to changing priorities, communicate effectively across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing, production support, service center, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment is required
- Experience with production documentation and compliance procedures is required
- Experience following OPs, work instructions, and quality procedures
Preferred Experience
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or other regulated manufacturing experience
- Experience operating autoclaves, sterilization systems, washers, or automated manufacturing equipment
- Experience cleaning and preparing manufacturing equipment, tanks, filters, and glassware
- Experience with inventory management, Kanban systems, and material handling processes
- Experience participating in continuous improvement, safety, or quality initiatives
- Training and cross-training experience
