Assembler

A manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to support production of precision electro-mechanical components. This role requires strong soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with small parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision soldering of wires, contacts, and connectors

• Assembly of small electro-mechanical components using hand tools and fixtures

• Reading assembly drawings and following work instructions

• Preparing and routing wires with correct polarity and placement

• Mixing/applying epoxies, silicones, and encapsulation materials

• Inspecting assemblies for quality and accuracy

• Recording production data in SAP

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years electro-mechanical or electronics assembly experience preferred

• Strong soldering ability on small components

• Ability to read work instructions and blueprints

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Ability to meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs

• Stand for extended periods

• Fine motor skills for small-component work

1st shift -5:30 am start time 8 hour shift Monday -Friday

Pay rate $24-25 per hour DOE
