What You'll Do

• Assemble cables, components, and products using diagrams, work instructions, and specifications.
• Use hand tools and light machinery to complete assembly tasks with care and precision.
• Connect wires and components, including soldering when required.
• Check your work to help ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Work alongside team members to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
