Assembler (A)

The purpose of this position is to assist the Materials Team with various tasks to ensure the plant has all the required parts needed to produce and ship customer orders. High level of attention to detail and drive to complete tasks accurately and completely.

Materials Coordinator Assistant

First Shift Monday-Friday
6am-2:30pm
$22-$24 per hour, based on experience

 

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to assist the Materials Team with various tasks to ensure the plant has all the required parts needed to produce and ship customer orders.

Key Job Functions:
 

• Manage Kanban racks and create POs as needed to replenish inventory.
• Review the past due report for Kanban items.
• Review the receiving audit report to verify daily receipts.
• Review PO acknowledgments and add promise date.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

 
 
Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of attention to detail and drive to complete tasks accurately and completely.

  
Physical Requirements:
 

• Required to stand or walk 2 to 4 hours a day.
• Required to sit 4 to 6 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs
