Assembly Specialist

First Shift Monday-Friday 
6am-2:30pm
$18.35 per hour

 

Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler! In this energized role, you will be the key contributor to building high-quality products on the assembly line. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will drive efficiency and precision in a fast-paced factory environment. Duties

• Assembly of wooden shipping crates.  Heavy lifting using a hoist.  Tools used include hammer/screw gun
• Assemble compressed air and vacuum systems. More physical requirements, Must be mechanically inclined
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precise assembly of products
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency on the factory floor
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow processes
• Assist in inventory management by stocking parts and supplies needed for assembly tasks

Skills

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment effectively
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
