Olsten Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers for a growing manufacturing facility!

Shift Details

✅ 1st Shift
✅ Monday - Friday
✅ 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
✅ Weekends and overtime as needed

⚠ Minimum Requirements

✔ High School Diploma or GED (Verification Required)
✔ Ability to pass a background check
✔ At least 1 year of continuous employment in an assembly or manufacturing environment preferred
✔ Stable work history with longevity in previous positions
✔ Basic reading, writing, and math skills
✔ Ability to use computers and follow production documents and work instructions
✔ Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints

• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly operations

• Conduct basic quality checks and ground bond testing

• Package and crate completed products for shipment

• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform basic rework and repairs when defects are identified

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S activities, and shop floor organization

• Participate in toolbox meetings, training, and cross-training opportunities

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
