This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, following technical instructions, and building quality products.If you have experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or production, this could be a great opportunity to put those skills to work.
What You’ll Do

• Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
• Position and align components manually or using hoists and other equipment
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products
• Inspect parts and materials for quality and proper fit
• Test completed products for defects and identify issues
• Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools
• Maintain and properly care for tools and equipment
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and production instructions
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Work independently with minimal supervision when needed
• Perform other duties within your skill set as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Electrical assembly experience required
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, electrical, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, crouch, kneel, and work in awkward positions
• Climb ladders and access tight or confined work areas
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
