Effective communication skills at a level that co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Job Responsibilities Perform a combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices .

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hour and Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
• Schedule: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM
• Work Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
• Footwear: Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with previous work experience in a manufacturing environment will be given first preference.
• Must pass an eye exam before starting. The eye exam is required contingent upon hire.
• Must have 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses and/or successfully complete a color vision exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills at a level that co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others and function effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods.
• Adhere to established quality guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Occasionally required to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
