Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, test, and package medical devices in compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
- Accurately interpret and follow written work instructions and specifications
- Rotate through various tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED (must be verified)
- Minimum 4 months of manufacturing experience
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Basic English reading, writing, and math skills
- Experience using measurement tools such as microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance
- Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as required
- Capable of performing physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills
- Previous medical device assembly experience
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly
