• • Manage inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Collect copayments and assist with front desk financial processes
  • Accurately enter and update patient insurance information
  • Conduct insurance eligibility and benefits verification
  • Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Perform clerical tasks, including chart preparation and faxing documents
  • Provide excellent customer service, including handling patient concerns and de-escalating situations professionally

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
• Experience working in a front-office or patient-facing role
