We are looking for an Asphalt Maintenance Intern who is currently enrolled in and pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field. It is preferred that the candidate has at least two years until graduation and is willing to work at least 20 hours per week. It is expected that this opportunity will expose the candidate to all aspects of bidding work, daily site operations and coordination, support of project supervision, tracking schedules, budgets, and materials, for various types of asphalt-related work from production to final completed product. Heavy focus will be placed on willingness to learn job site operations and support of project managers and superintendents with the ability to develop communication skills to work successfully with ground crews, other project managers, as well as owners or owner’s representatives. This opportunity will provide a good mix of field and office work. A competitive hourly wage, part-time benefits, office space, and a Company vehicle will be provided as needed.
