We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced ASL Caregiver to provide direct support to an individual with developmental disabilities.


Responsibilities:

• Provide daily living and personal support
• Communicate effectively using American Sign Language (ASL)
• Support community outings, appointments, and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Follow the individual’s support plan and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional communication with the care team and family
• Provide respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications:

• ASL proficiency required
• Previous caregiving or direct-support experience preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass required background checks and meet employment requirements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
