Job Summary
The ASI Stockton Campus Graduate Assistant, under the supervision of the SC Stockton Campus Programs and Services Manager, is responsible for the planning, execution, advising, marketing/ promotion, and on-site supervision of student engagement events on the Stockton Campus. SC Stockton Campus Graduate Assistant will work in collaboration with the SC Stockton Campus Programs & Services Assistant, ASI Stockton Events Student Coordinators and Code Red Entertainment (CRE).

Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and programs related to ASI & SC at the Stockton Campus.
- Assist with planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating a variety of events throughout the year.
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring ASI & SC Stockton Campus budget and expenditures.
- Research performers, complete engagement contracts, collect insurance, and complete all paperwork pertaining to each programming event before the designated deadlines.
- Assist in collecting data and providing information on implemented events and programs for programming assessments.
- Research new trends related to student engagement on university campuses and lead brainstorming sessions with the Stockton event student coordinators and Code Red Entertainment (CRE).
- Assist with the recruitment and retention of Code Red Entertainment members and Stockton student staff.
- Research and lead effective team building opportunities for student assistants and members.
- Track CRE engagement efforts and point system and attend weekly meetings for CRE members.
- Assists with coordinating logistics related to the development of the Warrior Discounter Program (i.e., recruiting & engaging vendors, vendor tracking, promotional efforts, etc.).
- Assist in developing, posting, and maintaining engaging content across ASI & SC Stockton Campus social media platforms.
- Drafts marketing plans and schedules postings for social media platforms, digital signage, text alerts, and monthly email newsletters.
- Assists in the creation of photo and video content of ASI & SC Stockton Campus events, services, and programs.
- Provides coverage for the SC Stockton Front Desk Assistant during absences.
- Assists with customer service efforts related to reservations of the SC Stockton Campus spaces.
- Other related duties as assigned by the SC Stockton Campus Programs and Services Manager.

Required:
- Currently enrolled, matriculating CSU Stanislaus Graduate student with a minimum 3.0 grade point average
- Must be available Mondays from 4pm- 6pm
- Must be available Wednesdays from 3:30pm-7:30pm
- Work an average of 20 flexible hours per week
- Will be required to work some evenings and weekend
- Must possess and maintain a valid CA Driver’s License, maintain appropriate auto insurance, and have access to a vehicle that is in safe mechanical condition.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical requirements and working conditions include, but are not limited to, sitting for extended periods; frequently standing and walking; normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; lifting and moving objects weighing up to 20 lbs.; corrected hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication; use of office equipment, including computer, telephone, copiers.
Work is performed in an office environment and throughout the campus areas during student programs, continuous contact with other staff, students, faculty, and the public.
This position includes evening and/or weekend hours as a regular part of the work schedule based on operational needs. Specific days and hours may vary.

Classification V- $ 19.00 Per Hour
