Your impact
From formulation through fill-finish, inspection, and packaging, you will uphold cGMP, execute SOPs, and document every action to safeguard product quality and compliance. Your consistency and care help ensure safe, effective medicines reach the patients who need them.
Compensation & Shifts
- Starting Pay: $21.50/hr
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (+$2.00/hr shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (+$3.00/hr shift differential)
Core responsibilities
- Manufacture sterile pharmaceutical products in a controlled cleanroom
- Operate formulation, filling, visual inspection, and packaging systems
- Follow SOPs and cGMP rigorously; complete batch records accurately
- Conduct quality checks and product inspections
- Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas
- Perform aseptic gowning; support sterile processing activities
- Maintain material and finished-product accountability
- Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and production support tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred; pharma/healthcare background is a plus
- Familiarity with cGMP, aseptic technique, or cleanroom standards preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communicator and collaborative teammate
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
