What you’ll do
- Deliver high-impact Automotive Technology labs and demonstrations.
- Facilitate the Lincoln Tech–accredited course sequence.
- Coach professional behaviors, accountability, and shop discipline.
- Evaluate learner progress and communicate clear next steps.
- Champion safety and compliance across all shop activities.
- Equip students with the skills to thrive in the automotive field.
What you bring
- 3+ years as an Automotive Technician.
- Former or current ASE credentials; G1 and A6 required.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Strong communication and tech fluency.
- Teaching/training background preferred.
