OAG is excited to welcome an additional anesthesiologist to our thriving and growing ambulatory surgery center (ASC) practices beginning in January 2027. We are seeking a full-time physician, while remaining open to a part-time arrangement for the right candidate. This opportunity reflects continued growth across three of our ASC practices and offers the chance to join a highly regarded, collegial, and collaborative anesthesia group at an exciting time of expansion. The position will provide coverage across Northwest Ambulatory Surgery Center (NWASC), Oregon Surgical Institute (OSI), and South Portland Surgery Center (SPSC). Physicians should be comfortable working across all three locations, which offer a diverse range of cases and the opportunity to build strong relationships with surgical teams at each site. This is a no-call position with highly competitive compensation; detailed productivity information available upon request. The case mix is predominantly orthopedic and includes total joints, sports medicine, hand surgery, fracture care, and spine procedures, with smaller volumes of plastic surgery and selected ENT and general surgery cases. Regional anesthesia is a cornerstone of the practice, offering abundant opportunities for physicians who enjoy and excel at peripheral nerve blocks and spinal anesthesia. A major strength of this ASC practice is its flexibility. Through teamwork and cross-coverage among the ASC sites, physicians enjoy meaningful scheduling flexibility while maintaining excellent continuity of care and strong support for surgical partners. This collaborative approach reflects OAG's commitment to maintaining strong relationships with all partners, including both hospital and ASC stakeholders. As this position is filled, staffing will be thoughtfully structured to support this ASC opportunity while continuing to meet broader practice commitments across the practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected physician group, work alongside outstanding colleagues, and provide high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in an efficient ASC setting. For anesthesiologists seeking a rewarding practice with strong regional anesthesia exposure, excellent ASC partnerships, and a culture of collaboration and flexibility, this position offers a unique opportunity.
