Overview:

The team supports the leading technology organization"s drone delivery expansion efforts across the U.S. and manages launch execution for drone delivery sites from planning through operational launch. Asana serves as the primary scheduling and coordination platform across 63 cross-functional teams and dozens of active site launches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Asana platform expert, optimizing project structures, templates, workflows, and automations.
• Manage and improve large-scale project schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and reporting.
• Build and maintain integrations between Asana and business tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
• Develop training materials and provide user support to drive platform adoption and best practices.
• Create dashboards, governance standards, and reporting to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and support ongoing program initiatives.

Daily Work Breakdown

• 45% Asana workspace redesign, dependency repair, template standardization, governance.
• 25% Data integration, automation, AI workflows.
• 15% Training, adoption, and change management.
• 10% Governance, reporting, and dashboards.
• 5% Leadership updates, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge transfer.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of hands-on Asana administration and platform architecture experience.

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.

• Expert-level Asana knowledge including:

• Dependency mapping

• Critical path methodology

• Timeline and Gantt views

• Experience improving and transforming enterprise-scale Asana environments, not just greenfield implementations

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
