AS9100 Final Article and Incoming Inspection Analyst

Your mission
- Own first-piece, final product/assembly, and incoming vendor inspections to purchase order and drawing requirements.
- Apply mechanical and visual inspection methods to validate GD&T features and functional fit.
- Generate formal inspection reports in line with company procedures and AS9100 quality expectations.
- Detect non-conformances, alert production/assembly, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Track quality trends; recommend process or equipment improvements and brief management on risk and opportunity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with customer and government representatives to resolve issues and verify results.
- Support other quality tasks as assigned.
How you’ll execute
- Operate CMMs, the FARO Arm, and the Keyence Wide Area CMM.
- Measure with micrometers, calipers, height stands, and optical comparators.
- Verify features with thread/plug gauges and gauge blocks; confirm plating thickness.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent technical school training
- 5+ years of inspection experience with strong knowledge of GD&T
- Proven ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a team environment
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiative

- Marine Corps MOS: 6048 – Aircraft Nondestructive Inspection Technician
- Coast Guard Rating: NDI-Qualified Personnel
