The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SYNON and AS400 development , along with solid knowledge of healthcare pharmacy claims adjudication, claims pricing, and Medicare/Medicaid claims . We are looking for an experienced AS400/SYNON/RxClaim Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to healthcare pharmacy claims and RxClaim development projects.

We are looking for an experienced AS400/SYNON/RxClaim Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to healthcare pharmacy claims and RxClaim development projects.


The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SYNON and AS400 development, along with solid knowledge of healthcare pharmacy claims adjudication, claims pricing, and Medicare/Medicaid claims.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to RxClaim development and enhancement projects
• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications using SYNON and AS400
• Work with COBOL/400 and related IBM i technologies
• Support pharmacy claims adjudication and pricing processes
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical resolutions
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members

Experience with Medicare & Medicaid claims
Strong understanding of claims processing and adjudication workflows
Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
