Work on application development projects involving AS400 SYNON-based healthcare applications.
Prepare Impact Analysis (IA) and detailed technical design documents based on Features/User Stories.
Consult with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and business users to evaluate requirements.
Evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare detailed technical designs.
Conduct technical design walkthroughs with SA/SME, QA, and support teams.
Review impact analysis and detailed designs.
Develop or modify existing batch and online modules/programs.
Support Product Owner demonstrations.
Prepare test plans and test data.
Execute testing based on project requirements and acceptance criteria.
Perform coding according to technical design documents and User Stories.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks.
Participate in:
Design reviews
Test case reviews
Production support readiness reviews
Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
Adhere to all quality requirements and development standards.
