Position is located at 2009 Browns Lane Jonesboro, AR 72401.

Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with additional hours as needed.

Summary:

Job Summary

The AWM (Arvest Wealth Management) Personal Advisor - Outbound responds to customer inquiries and develops an understanding of the customer's current and future financial goals and needs. The incumbent is accountable for referred and direct sales and service of non-FDIC-insured investment and insurance products utilizing a broad knowledge of Individual Retirement Account (IRA), brokerage, insurance, and bank products. The incumbent applies working knowledge of financial planning processes to gather and analyze financial information to provide customers with financial advice and guidance that best fit their needs. The AWM Personal Advisor - Outbound proactively contacts the existing base of household accounts and prospective AWM clients to sell financial planning services and manage relationships assigned to the Personal Advisor Team.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact the existing base of household accounts and prospective clients to sell financial planning services. Meet outbound calling requirements of dials per day/week, appointments made and kept, number of profiles, and number of plans created.

Build and manage an individual book of business by proactively calling prospective clients. Assess their financial needs, offer appropriate products and services, provide personalized guidance, and generate revenue.

Manage relationships assigned to the Personal Advisor Team.

Provide AWM financial and retirement planning services to Arvest Bank and AWM customers.

Maintain knowledge of financial services/products to advise and guide customers regarding the sale of IRA, brokerage, insurance, and access to trust products, trust services, and bank products.

Review and analyze prospective clients and existing customers' current financial situation to determine what appropriate financial services/products would meet their needs.

Present prospective clients and existing customers with financial plans for their review and consideration while possessing the knowledge to explain all pertinent information related to the plan to achieve quality service and customer satisfaction.

Assist customers with the application process for financial products according to internal policies and procedures.

Offer advice and guidance to customers calling in with questions about their retirement plans, participate in efforts to generate business, and adequately manage client relationships.

Cross-sell by making customer and prospect referrals to Arvest Bank for the sale of bank products and services, including trust services.

Maintain all required regulatory (FINRA and SEC) licenses necessary to conduct AWM business.

Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training, adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

Responsibilities:

Experience

Required: 3 years of customer service experience.

Preferred: Proven sales experience.

Relevant work experience may be substituted for the Associate's degree requirement.

Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Credentials

Required: FINRA SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) license or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.

Required: FINRA Series 7 license or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.

Required: FINRA Series 63 and 65 OR Series 66 (combo exam of 63/65) license or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.

Required: Life & Health license or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.

Education

Required: Associate degree.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

It may occasionally require the individual to physically move, remain in a stationary position, and position themselves to reach for objects.

Must be able to operate standard office equipment and use office applications for communication, information and document transmission, and content, document, and report creation.

The essential duties of this job occasionally require the associate to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Ability to travel overnight, unaccompanied, within the United States via automobile and air is required, on occasion.

The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.

Grade 14

Pay Range: $52520 - $65650 per year
