Description
Responsibilities
Prepare and produce artisan sourdough breads, laminated pastries, and bakery products according to company recipes and standards.
Scale, mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish products with consistency and attention to detail.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and production SOPs.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assist with inventory rotation, ingredient handling, and waste reduction efforts.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
1+ years of bakery, pastry, or food production experience preferred.
Understanding of fermentation, dough handling, and baking fundamentals.
Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Passion for artisan baking and continuous learning.
