Overview
A national union academic and workforce training center is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Instructor to teach a 12-week, hands-on program focused on generative AI, creative technology, and AI-assisted media production. The instructor will develop and deliver engaging in-person lessons for students and working professionals across construction, engineering, electrical, and building-management industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a 12-week course syllabus
Teach practical generative AI and creative-production workflows
Lead classroom demonstrations, workshops, and project critiques
Mentor students and provide actionable feedback
Explain technical concepts in an accessible way
Cover ethical, legal, and professional considerations involving AI-generated content
Collaborate with program leadership to maintain curriculum quality
Required Qualifications
Professional teaching, training, or instructional experience
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and workflows
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to teach both creative concepts and technical processes
Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles
Preferred Experience
ComfyUI, Flux, LoRA training, ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Luma, Seedance, or similar platforms
Generative image and video workflows
