Role Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced Art Producer to serve as the primary production partner for the art organization, helping drive delivery across a live-service title. This individual will work closely with Art Directors and Art Leadership to scope, schedule, track, and deliver environment art, animation, VFX, and related content. The role will also serve as the teams ShotGrid expert and operational backbone.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Art Directors and Art Leadership on day-to-day production operations.
• Own scoping, scheduling, tracking, and reporting within ShotGrid.
• Build and manage review playlists and support art review processes.
• Drive milestone delivery and hold teams accountable to schedules and commitments.
• Coordinate across internal production teams, cosmetics teams, and other stakeholders.
• Track workstreams across environment art, animation, and character FX.
• Serve as the primary production point of contact for the Art QA team.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies that could impact content delivery.
• Help maintain operational consistency and organization across the art team.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as an Art Producer supporting a live-service or live-development title is required. This includes experience supporting Environment Art / VFX / Animation teams and a demonstrated ability to manage complex art production pipelines and delivery schedules.

Technical Skills: Strong expertise with ShotGrid, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and workflow management is necessary.

Professional Skills: Candidates must be comfortable working directly alongside Art Directors and creative leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to keep multiple teams aligned are required.

This person is comfortable acting as the operational anchor for an art team and is a proactive communicator who can identify issues early to drive resolutions.
