Job Summary

The Art Director Production is an accomplished visual storyteller who combines strategic thinking, conceptual creativity, and flawless execution. They are equally comfortable developing a big idea for a communications campaign as they are refining typography, selecting impactful imagery, or preparing final production files. They bring a portfolio demonstrating excellence across employee communications, digital marketing campaigns, environmental graphics, events, infographics, and branded experiences, with a passion for creating work that is both beautiful and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of creative concepts and design solutions from initial idea through final production execution.
• Create compelling visual communications across a wide range of projects, including:

- Employee communication campaigns - Consumer-facing digital campaigns - Environmental graphics and branded spaces - Meetings and events - Data visualization and infographics - Strategic partnerships and sponsorship activations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual stories that drive audience engagement and strengthen brand perception.
• Ensure all work aligns with established brand standards while identifying opportunities to evolve and elevate the creative expression of the brand.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to take conceptual ideas from strategy and design through final production-ready execution.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required.
• Strong experience working within and extending complex brand identity systems.
• Exceptional typography and layout skills, with a deep understanding of hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Outstanding eye for imagery, color, and design aesthetics across print, digital, environmental, and experiential applications.
• Experience designing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Strong production knowledge, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate, press-ready and digital-ready files.
